Two online videos featuring political figures from Canada and the United States discussing government involvement with UFO's and extraterrestrials provide fertile ground for exploration through a communications mirror. Secret messages unconsciously encrypted in the audio soundtracks from Canada's former Minister of National Defence and a purported retiring New Hampshire state legislator describe "alien greys" while pointing to a variety of other topics including extraterrestrial interference with US nuclear weapons systems.

About the speakers

The Honorable Paul Hellyer, Canada's former Minister of National Defence under Prime Minister Lester Pearson and former Deputy Prime Minister under Pierre Trudeau spoke on-camera with Italian journalist Paola Harris on a wide range of topics including the need for government transparency regarding the history of human contact with extraterrestrials in the modern era.

This was not the first time Hellyer had given such remarks. In 2005, Paul Hellyer made several public statements regarding UFO's including his comments at an Exopolitics conference held at the University of Toronto where he warned the audience about US plans for the militarization of space.

In the second video, a man described as retiring New Hampshire state legislator "The Honorable Henry W. McElroy, Jr." gave his testimony regarding the existence of a briefing to President Eisenhower which outlined the extraterrestrial presence and suggested that a meeting between the President and the extraterrestrials could be arranged.

At the time of this writing, a Google search reveals that the Eisenhower/alien disclosure video is the only online video recording available for any person identified as former New Hampshire state legislator Henry W. McElroy, Jr. There appear to be few avenues available for vetting the identity of this speaker. However, we shall see that the results from an analysis of these remarks appear consistent with those from someone intimately familiar with the government's secret extraterrestrial knowledge.

Time mirror is key

Are there intelligence implications to joint US/Canadian UFO statements in terms of North American access to advanced war-fighting technologies of grey alien civilizations through a deal signed by President Eisenhower? The mirrored timing of tandem US/Canadian online UFO statements is a key consideration in evaluating these events.

Uploaded to the internet only days apart, the video "Paul Hellyer interviewed by Paola Harris May 2010" is much easier to authenticate than the presentation entitled "Former Legislator Makes Statement on Un-Released Eisenhower Brief ". Yet both reveal secret details when viewed under an applied audio mirror filter.

The details of these communications are unconscious and involuntary. Related common phenomena include Freudian slips, sleep talking and body language. In the context of UFO discovery and exploration for educational, scientific and artistic purposes these messages provide sonic gateways to deep experiential knowledge beyond the limits of conscious awareness.

Mirror of secrets

Many people use a mirror as a part of their daily routine. Mirrors help people to see information that is not visible to their unaided senses. Mirrors in automobiles even help people to make life-and-death decisions regarding public safety on the roadways of the world.

According to Caltech senior research fellow Kourosh Saberi, whose article "Cognitive Restoration of Reversed Speech" appeared in the premier science journal Nature, "Speech is a multidimensional stimulus. There are different ways you can extract a message from it."

Mr. Saberi's remarks are aligned with the observations of civilian communications researchers who have noted for decades that when the audio signal from human speech is monitored through a mirror filter, the reversed signal reveals secret unconscious communications describing information that can be vetted as factual by both the speaker as well as independent observers.

One message from the McElroy tape demonstrates unconscious cognition of these encrypted communications on the part of the speaker.

In his on-camera remarks, "McElroy" states, "I would also like to thank the countries of France, Brazil, Britain, Russia, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, New Zealand, our neighbor to the North - Canada, Uruguay, and Australia, for also opening their files to the citizens of their countries and allowing them access to information that is so very important to the evolution of humanity."

The application of a mirror filter procedure for communications analysis and disclosure has been tested and proven in the public arena through live demonstrations along with numerous examples of headline news stories reported days, weeks and years before they became common knowledge.

The Paul Hellyer messages

Here are the on-camera remarks of Paul Hellyer and their corresponding secret messages decrypted through the mirror filter:

"The distance they have come in 60 years or more is, I'm sure, incredible. And that they have developed probably spaceships and they have probably developed exotic fuels and there are all sorts of things that the United States people and the people of the world have the right to know about."

It should be capital inadequacy, they're lending the same money twenty times and collecting interest on it each time. The Henry McElroy messages

"The document I saw was an official brief to President Eisenhower. To the best of my memory this brief was pervaded with a sense of hope, and it informed President Eisenhower of the continued presence of extraterrestrial beings here in the United States of America."

Interpreting through the lens of history

The alien possessed your missile - Could this message be an unconscious reference to the Malmstrom AFB UFO/Missile Incident? When describing events from March 16, 1967 at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana, Captain Robert Salas states that "I received a call from my security guard who was quite frightened as he reported that an unidentifiable flying object was hovering immediately above the front gate. The object was illuminated by a red glow.... many of our missiles became disabled... a similar incident had occurred at another site and they had all of their missiles disabled while UFOs were observed directly over the launch sites."

As Canada's Minister of National Defence from 1963-1968 it is possible that Paul Hellyer would have been party to knowledge regarding the compromise of ICBM systems taking place in North America at that time. In other words, due to the circumstances of history, Paul Hellyer has likely been concerned with UFO-related issues since at least the 1960's.

Bush - Annunaki clone - In September 2005, Paul Hellyer told an audience at the University of Toronto that "The United States military are preparing weapons which could be used against the aliens, and they could get us into an intergalactic war without us ever having any warning." He stated, "The Bush administration has finally agreed to let the military build a forward base on the moon, which will put them in a better position to keep track of the goings and comings of the visitors from space, and to shoot at them, if they so decide."

The term "Annunaki" has been popularized by Zecharia Sitchin who describes them as the extraterrestrial gods of ancient Sumeria who genetically engineered modern humans for their own purposes. Hellyer's unconscious pairing of President Bush with a term popularly used to describe ancient extraterrestrial beings using the language of genetic engineering is highly suggestive of Hellyer's unconscious views on the Bush family as descendants of ancient ruling bloodlines whose genetic makeup includes alien DNA.

Turn a saucer American - Could this message be in reference to the AvroCar? Initially a Canadian government funded project, the AvroCar was built for the US Army in the early 1960's. As Canada's Minister of National Defence from 1963-1968 Hellyer would have been well-acquainted with Avro, designers of the CF-105 Arrow, considered by some to be the world's most advanced fighter jet of its time.

They have those spaceships - Is the Avro story part of a larger technology partnership between the United States and Canada with a focus on shared exotic technologies derived from extraterrestrial contact with humans? This message sustains a belief in the existence of secret space fleets as a component of the program to militarize space described in Hellyer's speech given at the University of Toronto in 2005.

The alien - the Greys - "McElroy's" unconscious mind names a species of otherworldly visitors implicating them in the Eisenhower ET contact briefing-related event. Col. Philip Corso, whose book "The Day After Roswell" (also cited as an influential source by Paul Hellyer), gave explicit details regarding the Greys. This message represents specific information going beyond the conscious language of the video statement explicitly pairing the concept of extraterrestrials with a particular species whose appearance and mannerisms are deeply embedded in contemporary popular culture.

Trap by those cadavers - Perhaps this message is an unconscious reference to alien bodies recovered at Roswell and other UFO crash sites. Is storing dead alien bodies a "trap" in the sense that it might generate long bureaucratic paper trails that can eventually be discovered and audited by researchers? Is Hellyer really referencing the overall high costs of government secrecy and the impossibility of permanently suppressing the truth of human contact with extraterrestrials in the modern era?

Conclusion

While Paul Hellyer's secret messages portray him as a concerned party with long-standing interests in the UFO issue, they pale in comparison with those uttered by "McElroy". McElroy's unconscious mind could only formulate such precise communications due to intense personal contact with UFO and extraterrestrial-related events and persons.

While the identity of Paul Hellyer as the speaker in the video ascribed to him is unambiguous, the mysterious personality featured in the McElroy video must be, if not the politician himself, a government insider with direct experience in UFO and extraterrestrial secrets.
